  1. How does Fox price its vehicles?
    Our prices are mostly below Manheim auto auction. Prices shown are not final prices and are subject to change. Volume discounts are available for 40 or more units. Speak to your personal Fox representative regarding our various payment arrangements.
  2. Are vehicles under warranty?
    Yes, almost all vehicles are under factory warranty.
  3. Are vehicles inspected?
    All vehicles go through an inspection process to satisfy our clients' needs.
  4. What are the transportation policies?
    Fox gives you free transportation within California and Arizona. Because of our high volume we are able to offer Discounted transportation fees to other states. Fox is not lable for transportation damages or delays.
  5. Will Fox cover my airline costs to visit your facility?
    Yes. Airline expenses are reimbursed upon volume purchase.
  6. What is the source of the vehicles for Fox Auto Sales?
    All vehicles are from the Fox Rent A Car network.
  7. How does the buyer do its inspections?
    They can do it in our facility before shipment or do it in their facilities within 48 hours of vehicle arrival.
  8. Does Fox sell salvage or frame damage or previously damaged vehicles?
    No. Fox will not sell a vehicle that has had more than $400 worth of body damage.
  9. What is the Fox replacement policy?
    Arbitration cars will be replaced with similar car at Fox expense, upon availability or will be credited back for returned vehicle.
  10. What are the first-time purchaser requirements?
    First time purchasers need to present flooring approval, bank letter, have credit application approval by Fox, or pay in advance.
